甲骨文注册成功后一定要保存好注册信息。

注册完甲骨文后一般都不会把注册信息特别是信用卡到期时间及后4位保留下面
当你的甲骨文帐号出现异常，如果还想救活一定要保留这些东西，或许还能救活可能性。

甲骨文在线客服给的回复是：
To initiate the MFA reset process, I require specific details to authenticate your identity and verify your ownership of this Cloud Account. Kindly provide the following information:  
1.Please share your tenancy name.
2. Please share your email address.  
3. Please share the phone number linked to your cloud account.  
4. Please share the expiration date and last 4 digits of the Credit card that you used while signup of this account.
