上回官方重置还是前天中午，周五晚特意熬到 1 点多把额度干到 15%，就为了赶在 18 号重置卡到期前用掉

请用本机凭证查一下我所有 rate-limit reset credits：
只输出：序号、granted_at （ UTC ）、expires_at （ UTC ）、剩余天数、转成北京时间的 expires_at
不要输出 token 、cookie 、完整 ID
这个指令可以查询具体的时间：
序号        granted_at （ UTC ）        expires_at （ UTC ）        剩余天数        北京时间 expires_at
