API 加了限制，不能直接访问了。另外如果仓库有用 star-history.com 展示历史星表的，需要生成 token 然后更新一下链接了

是好事吧，除了机器人拉列表给 star 人发垃圾邮件以外，没看到对公共使用者有什么其他正规用途
