现在给国外几家 LLM 冲点钱买 api token，都有什么风险？

之前给 openrouter 充了点钱，刚刚登陆发现：Your billing address is in a region that does not have access to models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. All other models remain available.
有没有安全的途径？ 只是小量使用
