请教如何解决 Cursor 中一轮对话 requests 数激增的问题？

问题

Cursor 一轮会话的 Requests 数量激增。当前 500 requests/月的计费模式，一轮就要消耗 68~86 个 requests ，几次对话就耗尽配额。

对比了历史记录，难道是因为 Effort:Max 的原因？

因为 opus4.7 要开 max 模式，才能用，开了 max 走的按量计费，老套餐用户，几乎不可用

关闭 max 模式，最高只能用 opus4.6 ，记 2 次
